Platform User Guide

User Guide: Talent Seeker
Step 1: Enter OpenAI API Key
  1. Open Talent Seeker from the Platform menu.
  2. Paste your OpenAI API key in the API Key box.
  3. Click “Save API Key”.
Step 2: Write Requirements
  • Add clear business context and constraints.
  • Use bullet points for scope, goals, assumptions, and success metrics.
Step 3: Generate & Save
  • Click “Generate” to create the BRD draft.
  • Review, edit, then save or export.
User Guide: Job Seeker
Step 1: Enter OpenAI API Key
  1. Open Job Seeker from the Platform menu.
  2. Paste your OpenAI API key and save it.
Step 2: Upload Requirements
  • Upload your BRD or requirements files.
  • Confirm the files list shows your uploads.
Step 3: Generate Stories
  • Click “Generate” to produce stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Use filters/search to navigate large outputs.
Step 4: Edit & Export
  • Edit stories directly in the table.
  • Export to Excel when ready.
